The Accounting Division of the Financial Services exists to maintain a financial record keeping system. That system includes the payment of financial obligations to the public and businesses, payroll services to our employees, the recording and maintenance of capital assets, preparation of monthly trial balances, preparation and distribution of the city's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and preparation of annual Grantor and Regulatory Reports.
